The Recruiter supports end‑to‑end sourcing operations by combining administrative precision with proactive, innovative recruitment strategies. This position plays a key role in expanding both crowd recruitment efforts and specialized talent pipelines, helping the organization scale rapidly and effectively. The Recruiter is responsible for posting and researching job boards, conducting out‑of‑the‑box sourcing, engaging candidates, and contributing to our sourcing presence in North America and globally. The role requires the ability to identify talent bottlenecks, think creatively, and drive continuous improvements in sourcing workflows.Responsibilities:Source (recruit, screen, interview, and qualify) candidates for a variety of projects and programsConduct advanced job‑board research to identify effective posting channels based on project requirementsCreate and post job advertisements on multiple job boards and online communitiesApply out‑of‑the‑box sourcing strategies to identify specialized, rare, niche, or hard‑to‑find talent populationsSupport crowd recruitment initiatives, including sourcing large, diverse pools of task‑based contributors across multiple marketsBuild, nurture, and maintain scalable sourcing funnels that can respond quickly to high‑volume recruitment needsUse social media and professional networks to attract high‑quality candidatesCommunicate daily with candidates, ensuring timely and clear responses to questionsSupport screening and qualification processes following project guidelinesTrack and report recruitment KPIs and prepare internal sourcing reportsMaintain organized recruitment documentation and ensure data accuracyCollaborate with team members to continuously improve sourcing practices and workflowsIdentify sourcing bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement process improvementsAssist in building partnerships with universities, organizations, online communities, and talent networksSupport candidate engagement initiatives throughout the candidate lifecyclePerform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager/supervisorRequired skillsExceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver clear project and candidate updates both verbally and in writingStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels of the organizationAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlinesStrong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration skillsExpertise in job‑board usage and online research methodsAbility to apply creative approaches to sourcing and candidate identificationDemonstrated ability to think proactively, spot bottlenecks, and suggest process improvementsExperience developing and scaling crowd recruiting pipelines or high‑volume recruitment channelsAnalytical, critical-thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilitiesProficiency in business applications and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Google WorkspaceRequired experience and qualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalentMinimum 2 years’ experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition rolesExperience sourcing candidates within North AmericaExperience posting and researching job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, niche boards)Hands‑on experience with ATS and resource management toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExpertise in sourcing and advertising on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and digital marketingExperience working in multinational, multicultural, or virtual environmentsExperience in a cross‑functional/matrix organizationExperience with specialized sourcing, crowd recruitment, gig‑economy talent, or high‑volume recruiting is strongly preferredDesired skills and experienceFluency in one or more languages other than EnglishPrior experience in customer service‑oriented rolesExperience building or managing large, distributed talent poolsFamiliarity with AI‑assisted sourcing tools, Boolean search, or advanced sourcing techniquesIn order to apply please submit your CV in English
