At Assistance Services Business Unit we are looking for a Sales Manager
The Assistance Services business unit at WirelessCar is on a mission to make mobility safer and more convenient through connected services like emergency call, breakdown assistance, and stolen vehicle tracking. We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Sales Manager to lead new business acquisition and grow our presence.

In this role, you will identify, develop, and win new business opportunities, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to contract closure. You will represent WirelessCar’s full offering, build strong stakeholder relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver profitable, high-quality deals. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with global customers, often involving long-term engagements and high strategic value.

You will play a key role in expanding WirelessCar’s footprint in new customers and markets contributing to safer mobility at scale.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition within defined segments

  • Prospect, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers

  • Lead the full sales process: qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure

  • Position WirelessCar’s offerings to create clear customer value

  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with accurate forecasting

  • Lead commercial negotiations in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders

  • Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities

Additionally:

  • Strong commercial drive with a proven ability to generate and close new business

  • Proven B2B sales experience from opportunity to closure in complex tech-driven environments, preferably within digital services, automotive, connected vehicles, or mobility

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

  • Structured and analytical thinking

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • International experience and fluency in English, written and spoken

  • Ability to travel frequently
