Apply today!How You Spend Your Eight HoursTrack, calculate, and reconcile commission payouts across multiple revenue streams using RPM and related toolsAnalyze sales data, validate commission calculations, and resolve discrepancies in coordination with sales and payroll teamsPrepare and maintain detailed commission reports, summaries, and analytics for stakeholdersManage commission inquiries and disputes, ensuring timely and accurate resolutionMaintain and update customer and contract databases with a high degree of accuracyUtilize RPM features such as split commissions, sliding scale structures, and automated processesCollaborate with sales operations, finance, and HR to ensure compliance with commission policies and structuresIdentify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in commission workflowsSupport telecom order processing tasks, including submitting AT&T wireless and wireline orders and tracking requestsComplete rate plan analysis and tracking reports while meeting SLA requirements for order and request processing What You Must PossessAt least 3 years of experience in RPM software, telecom operations, commission analysis, or sales supportStrong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience working with large datasetsHands-on experience with RPM Telco; familiarity with OPUS, Verizon B360, or similar tools is a plusSolid understanding of telecom order workflows and carrier systems (preferably AT&T)High attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and ensure data accuracyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skillsExperience working with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate recordsClear and professional communication skills for cross-functional collaborationAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment What You Shall ReceiveHMO coverage upon regularization, with one free dependent after one year of continuous service and another free dependent after two years of continuous service VL/SL credits upon regularizationFriendly and supportive work culture13th-month pay and other Philippine-government-mandated benefitsNon-taxable allowancesPay increases, performance bonuses, growth opportunities, birthday gifts, and many moreWhat You Should ConsiderProbationary, full-time positionHybrid work setup (Pasay-based with on-site requirements as needed)Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Arizona time)Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)Why Join Our CompanyYou look for a company whose senior management listens to what you are and aren’t saying and whose managers and team leads you can genuinely connect with.
