Join a major global Salesforce transformation programme, taking on a remote role across Salesforce development and release management within an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows, configuration)
Oversee release processes, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and deployment readiness
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality, stable releases
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and integration standards
Support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to post-go-live optimisation
What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
Solid background in release management: CI/CD, version control, branching, merge coordination
Experience working in structured enterprise/global Salesforce environments
Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
Fluent in Italian & English
