Do you enjoy delivering great customer service and working in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment? We are currently looking for a Receptionist for Summer (June-August) to join our team at one of our residences in Salamanca , supporting our residents and visitors during a key operational period. As the face of the residence, you will play a central role in the day‑to‑day reception operations: welcoming residents and guests, handling queries, supporting check‑ins and check‑outs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an excellent service experience at all times. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, delivering a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience. Manage front desk and telephone support, responding to queries, requests, and issues with a strong customer service focus. Support check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently, particularly during busy operational periods. Perform administrative tasks, manage correspondence, and maintain internal documentation. Liaise closely with internal teams (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Operations) to ensure smooth day‑to‑day coordination. Monitor building access, key handling, and ensure compliance with residence service standards. Ensure company policies, procedures, and values are reflected in all aspects of the role through excellent customer service. Candidate Profile Previous experience in reception or front desk roles, ideally within hospitality, student accommodation, or customer‑focused environments. Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills. High level of responsibility, organisation, and attention to detail. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, especially during peak periods. Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory ; additional languages are a plus. Good command of IT tools.
