We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Publisher Manager who will work to maintain and expand relationships with strategically important affiliate partners. The position is responsible for affiliate revenue and gross profit targets, managing affiliate relationships and achieving other strategic affiliate objectives.

You will be client facing and responsible for the day to day strategy and ongoing management of advertiser’s mobile marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain productive, professional relationships with assigned affiliate accounts.
- Meet assigned revenue targets and strategic objectives in assigned affiliates.
- Identify and recruit relevant top performing affiliates and publishers who run campaigns through Emails, FB ads, Google ads, Native Ads and Push traffic.
- Data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Set Pricing, daily volume requirements and other contractual obligations of affiliate partnerships.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and provide solutions to their marketing and advertising goals
- Collections and invoicing reconciliation
Who you are:
- You have Minimum of 2 years experience in Affiliate Marketing. – (Must Have)
- You are Fluent in English (Any additional languages are much appreciated) (Must Have)
- You have a Proven track record in affiliate marketing with related portfolio (Must Have)
- You have great knowledge of the online marketing industry and the different payment models
- You have a keen understanding of online advertising and related technologies
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain excellent relationships with partners.
- You have strong analytical & commercial skills.
- You are Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously
- You are results-oriented and are able to learn quickly.
- You are innovative & entrepreneurial and can bring new ideas to grow the marketing channels and the overall business.
- You have Strong negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
