The Reality Capture team is seeking a BIM Specialist with a strong background in architecture, structure, and MEP modeling to support the development of high-quality BIM deliverables from point cloud data.
Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate BIM models from point cloud data (Scan to BIM) across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
- Create BIM models with different Levels of Detail (LOD / LOI) according to project/client’s requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with BIM standards, BEP specifications, and internal quality guidelines.
- Perform quality control to verify geometric and dimensional accuracy against point clouds.
- Produce technical documentation derived from the model (drawings, views, sections, etc.).
- Provide technical support to other team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Engineering or related degree.
- +2 years of professional experience in BIM software and modeling tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit (mandatory)
- Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) (preferred).
- Experience with automation tools such as Dynamo, pyRevit, or Grasshopper (desired).
- Experience modeling across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP - mandatory).
- Experience delivering projects following BIM methodologies and best practices.
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
