About Us

WildCard is scaling casual, ad-monetized, retentive mobile games with performance-focused, creative-driven UA. We have a unique approach and structure that makes us hyper-effective. As we continue to grow, we seek a User Acquisition Lead to join our team and spearhead our performance marketing efforts.


Job Overview

The UA Lead will own the full acquisition funnel - from strategy and channel mix to campaign execution, creative feedback loops, and budget allocation. You'll work at the intersection of data, creative and monetization, making sure every dollar spent drives real, retentive growth. This role is ideal for someone who's been deep in mobile gaming UA, knows what it takes to scale profitably on ad-monetized titles and wants to build something with a small, sharp team.


Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end UA strategy across paid channels (AppLovin, Unity, Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, DSPs) for a portfolio of casual games.

- Manage campaign budgets, pacing -optimizing daily toward ROAS-based goals.

- Analyze cohort-level performance data, attribution signals and creative metrics to inform scaling decisions and kill underperformers fast.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Creative, to develop effective marketing materials and strategies.

- Build, mentor, and lead user acquisition team.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.

- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within allocated spend.

- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on campaign performance and user acquisition metrics.


Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games, with measurable results scaling ad-monetized titles.

- Deep expertise across major ad networks and platforms (AppLovin, Unity, Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads). You know how each one behaves and how to get the most from them.

- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with MMP data (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar), cohort analysis, ROAS modeling and incrementality thinking.

- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, distributed environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
