As a Key Account Manager, you will play a strategic role in building strong, long-term partnerships with our most important national customers. You will become the SPOC (single point of contact) for your strategic customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute Account Plans and budgets with key clients, focusing on value-based selling.

  • Manage commercial risks and ensure compliance with KONE business guidelines.

  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Oversee national agreements and manage a portfolio of strategic contracts.

  • Collaborate with Area Leaders to define account strategies and mobilize internal teams toward shared goals.

  • What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Spanish mother tongue, fluent in English

  • Excellent Influencing skills

  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for achieving results

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
