We are seeking a solutions driven and results oriented sales professional with a passion for science who thrives on challenge and delivers!

Astrea Bioseparations, the global go-to separations company, have an exciting opportunity for a driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team driving sales, building relationships and turning opportunities into revenue across the DACH territory.

Role requirements

  • Manage your own end-to-end sales process within your territory.

  • Develop and maintain exciting relationships with customers developing advanced therapies

  • Collaborate with senior management to align on growth strategies

  • Gather market insights and customer feedback that will drive improvements across the entire Sales team.

What you will bring

  • Life Sciences degree or equivalent

  • Demonstrable success in sales with a strong track record in Bioprocessing and/or Protein Purification actively hunting and securing new business opportunities.

  • Tenacity and resilience combined with strong observational and analytical skills

  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills with a consultative approach to selling technical solutions

  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software to manage pipelines, track performance and drive strategic customer engagement.
