My client is a leading crypto exchange.
What You'll Do：
- Identify and execute outreach to leading projects.
- Assess projects to understand value proposition, competitive advantages, team experience, commercial traction.
- Analyze and recommend support actions: yield incentive programs, user acquisition incentives, technical support, marketing support, other partners introductions.
- Assess and monitor key metrics of crypto projects and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership and campaign initiatives, recommend corrective actions if necessary.
- Collect feedback from partners and the community, recommend improvements.
- Manage ad hoc business development projects and strategic initiatives.
Who You Are：
- Strong passion and belief in the cryptocurrency space. The candidate is expected to be familiar with the leading DeFi apps and have knowledge of how AMM and borrow lending protocols operate.
- 2-5 years of work experience in consulting, blockchain business development or research
- Financial analysis skills - able to model business plans and return on investment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ability to run with tasks with little direction
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Previous work experience in CeFi or DeFi business development is preferred
