Who are we?
AESA Prep Academy of Barcelona is an international, American high school that offers grades 9 to 12. Our campus forms part of the AESA International School System, with schools in Texas and online. We are an international school accredited by Cognia and the Generalitat of Catalonia.

Our team currently consists of a group of education professionals, all with different nationalities and backgrounds, working to provide an impactful and positive learning experience to all our high school students.
We are seeking a teacher who is passionate about education and committed to the success of our students and our organization. The person joining our team is proactive, organized, works well on a diverse team, and has a positive attitude.
What would you do?
- Give face-to-face lessons in small classes.
- Plan, evaluate, and revise curriculum, course content, course materials and instructional methods.
- Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, activities and experiments.
- Evaluate student performance and share continuous feedback with the coordinator(s), parents and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain student attendance, grades, and other required records.
- Record student performance through our learning management system.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of Mathematics and a teaching certification, or advanced degree in the field of Mathematics.
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience.
- C1 proficiency level in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent creative, communication, and presentation skills.
- Engaging personality and dynamic teaching style.
Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced degree in the field of Mathematics and a teaching certification.
- 5+ years of teaching experience.
- C2 proficiency level in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent creative, communication, and presentation skills.
- Engaging personality and dynamic teaching style.

Monday to Friday, from 9am until 4pm.
