Here at CORUS we are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team in an international project.
Location: Remote from Spain.
You will:
- Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver actionable insights from data.
- Design and build scalable, reusable, and resilient data pipelines within a cloud-based environment.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake SQL and Matillion.
- Contribute to the development of data warehouse solutions, including data vault modelling approaches.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and transparency across all delivered data products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure seamless delivery aligned with business needs.
- Act as a technical point of contact, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective, high-quality solutions.
- Design cloud-based solutions tailored to business and technical requirements.
You should have:
- 1–2 years of experience building data warehouse solutions, ideally with Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake SQL and data pipeline development.
- Exposure to data visualisation tools.
- Understanding of data modelling concepts.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and serverless architectures.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Good understanding of business processes and data usage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
- Attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- English level B2 or higher (Spanish is a plus).
