I’m currently partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS company that’s making a real impact in the hospitality and foodservice space. They’re expanding their commercial team and looking for a talented Inbound SDR to join them at an exciting stage of growth.
The role
As the first point of contact for inbound interest, you’ll play a critical role in qualifying leads, understanding customer challenges, and turning that interest into high-quality opportunities for the sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging conversations, uncovering needs, and driving early-stage pipeline.
What you’ll be doing
• Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and events
• Engaging prospects via phone, email, and social channels
• Identifying needs and assessing fit to prioritise opportunities
• Booking meetings and product demos for Account Executives
• Supporting events and trade shows across Spain and Europe
• Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date
• Working closely with marketing and sales to improve conversion rates
What we’re looking for
• 3–5 years’ experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar role
• Strong SaaS sales experience (ideally selling into the hospitality sector)
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Confident communicator with strong qualification skills
• Proactive, organised, and target-driven
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
Compensation
• €30,900 base salary
• 30% bonus (€9,279 OTE)
