About the Role
Our client is a major player in the global telecommunications industry, with a strong footprint in Spain and international operations across Europe and Latin America. The Madrid hub drives a large part of the group's tech transformation: network modernization, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
To support this growth, the company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine hands-on tech recruitment with the delivery of broader HR projects, including the internal mobility program across the group's geographies.

Mission
Manage end-to-end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineering
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to scope openings, align on profiles, and steer the selection process
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS, employee referrals and direct approach
Drive HR projects beyond pure recruitment, with a strong focus on the international mobility program (process design, cross-country coordination, candidate experience)
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company in the local tech ecosystem
Track and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health and time-to-hire to support data-driven decisions
