GERMAN -SPEAKING GOOGLE ADS ONBOARDING ACCOUNT MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE

Be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of new Google Ads clients as they launch and scale their digital marketing campaigns. You will onboard high-potential companies — including future market leaders — guide them through PPC strategy, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities, all while operating in a tech-forward, goal-oriented team in Barcelona.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns tailored to their business objectives

- Make outbound calls to promote Google Ads services and identify upsell and growth opportunities

- Understand each client's goals and offer adapted, results-driven advertising solutions

- Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance

- Drive spend growth and manage campaign upselling across your portfolio

- Maintain an accurate and complete client database, managing a high volume of accounts daily

- Minimise churn by delivering consistent value and building strong client relationships

REQUIREMENTS

- C2 level of German and C1 level of English — both written and spoken

- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus) or equivalent work experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with a track record in client-facing roles

- Strong experience managing customer relationships and working with CRM systems

- Ability to interpret AI-driven insights to personalise client outreach and campaign recommendations

- Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences

- Solid business acumen: market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and strategic positioning

- Deep understanding of the German-speaking market: cultural nuances, business practices, and digital marketing ecosystem

- Awareness of GDPR and data privacy considerations relevant to the market

- Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment
