We are looking for a Technology Product Manager to join our team.
About the role:
As a Technology Product Manager, you will play a key role in the development, evolution, and success of our products. You will be responsible for defining and leading the product vision, leveraging market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on the SME segment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full product lifecycle, from conception through continuous improvement.Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business and market objectives.Monitor and report on product progress, ensuring milestones and priorities are met.Analyze the market and the needs of business customers to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Prioritize features based on customer value and strategic impact.Coordinate cross-functional teams and align multiple stakeholders.Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies and solution promotion.Monitor post-launch performance through key metrics (retention, NPS, adoption) and adjust the strategy as needed.Requirements and Skills:
