About the Role


As Account Manager / Business Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for expanding our market position in Iberia. You'll identify new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and deliver customized commercial solutions within our Consumer Packaging division.


What You'll Do

  • Develop new business and drive growth in Iberia through frequent customer visits
  • Build your pipeline and secure allocations
  • Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and presentations
  • Independently manage customer contact and project communication
  • Negotiate terms and conditions
  • Maintain robust forecasting and account planning systems
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing sites and the sales team


What You Bring

  • Strong commercial drive with proven experience in acquiring and developing new business
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the packaging industry
  • Excellent communication in Spanish and English
  • Independent, proactive work ethic with a passion for customer-focused service
  • Willingness to travel
  • Network in food & beverage or pharma is a plus
