The Mission As our Senior Product Manager for Subscriptions, you will drive the evolution of our B2C BNPL subscription product, with the goal of maximizing user value, retention, and recurring revenue. You will be the key person for scaling our fintech offering, balancing an excellent User Experience with regulatory and risk requirements. Key Responsibilities Define the subscription product strategy, managing a roadmap focused on business outcomes (LTV, retention) rather than just feature delivery; Evolve the subscription pricing and packaging model, managing promotional cycles to improve ARPU; Optimize the entire consumer funnel (onboarding, activation, and recurring usage), reducing drop-offs and simplifying the UX; Leverage data (cohort, churn, and conversion analysis) to drive strategic decisions and take full ownership of product KPIs; Partner with Legal and Risk teams to embed regulatory constraints into the design of a responsible BNPL product; Ensure high-quality delivery by coordinating with Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to align product goals with business milestones.
