Key responsibilities:

For the Scandinavian market, with location in Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden, we are now looking for a strong and dynamic sales leader to drive our key account sales activities in Scandinavia and support our Sales Management Team. The sales leader will develop and implement the strategic sales plan for certain key accounts, aligning with the sales team to execute overall financial targets for the Scandinavian Hockey business across all product categories. This sales leader will support building our long-term strategy together with our sales management team for the future.

Key tasks:

  • Develop constructive working relationships with key influencers to drive implementation of CCM strategies with customers. 
  • Achieve annual sales budget for the region including KA´s.
  • Budget planning for the KA´s both for short and long-term (topline, margin, growth per region & category are measurable targets). Support product forecasting for the region.
  • Maximize CCM Hockey´s presence in the central selection process.
  • Building Sales and supporting G2M plans with marketing having European/global alignment
  • Ensure brand exposure at POS with assigned customers in line with CCM Marketing strategy.
  • Constantly brief internal Marketing organization on product and communication needs for the central and regional KA.
  • Support Sport Marketing Manager with regional guidance and activities.
  • Fully understand and share internally customer strategies and tactics.
  • Constantly update account plans and share customers strategy with Marketing and Operations.
  • Effectively cooperate with the European HQ support functions in Stockholm Sweden and the Distribution Center in Malung, Sweden.
  • Your background:

  • A degree in sales, marketing, finance or equivalent.
  • Min. 5 years of B2B experience from international sporting goods sales or retail management and a relevant network in the Scandinavian hockey business is a must.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Expertise in Office Suite applications

  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with proven strategic, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong planning, math, and negation skills.
  • Strong analytical skill set with an ability to summarize findings in a comprehensive manner.
  • Is a customer focused team player with a proven record and a winning attitude.
  • Have a strong interest in ice hockey and sports in general.
