Acast is listed on the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market ( About the role We are looking for a motivated Associate Accounts Payable to join our team in Stockholm. This role will involve handling accounts payable to our podcasters. Our team is closely knit, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. We prioritize teamwork and mutual support, playing a crucial role in supporting our podcasters and enabling them to focus on their core activities. Additionally, we handle traditional vendor invoice processing. What you´ll do The role requires comprehensive management of vendor invoices from start to finish, encompassing coding, submission for approval, booking, preparation of payment files, and monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable balances. Additionally, you will calculate monthly podcaster revenue and ensure timely processing and payment of self-bills and statements documents. You will also support podcasters by addressing inquiries, conducting investigations, and implementing necessary adjustments. This responsibility entails close collaboration with Content, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver effective support. Who you are A few years into your career, you possess a desire to understand the broader Accounts Payable (AP) workflow and its impact on our systems, while being capable of managing high transaction volumes. You have a service-oriented approach towards vendors and podcasters, and you are driven, curious, and adaptable to changes as the company grows. Detail-oriented and thorough, you ensure accurate and timely monthly financials.“As always - working with finance - a sense for details and thoroughness is expected.
