About the Role

Bucksense is seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager to lead digital strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of travel brands.


This role goes beyond traditional account management. You will be responsible for overseeing all digital activities across multiple channels (organic and paid), supporting the Chief Digital Officer in executing the website roadmap, and driving both brand and performance marketing initiatives.


The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and performance-driven, with the ability to manage campaigns, collaborate across teams, and use data to continuously improve results.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital performance, lead generation, and revenue growth
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and improvements in the overall digital experience


Digital Scope & Campaingn Management

  • Oversee and execute digital marketing activities across all channels (paid and organic)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize brand and performance campaigns across paid media
  • Ensure campaigns are optimized for both creative quality and media efficiency
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve ROI through data-driven decisions


Website & Digital Experience

  • Support the execution of the website roadmap, including new features, content updates, and UX improvements
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to enhance user journeys and on-site performance
  • Optimize landing pages and digital experiences for paid and organic traffic


Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations
  • Align digital marketing efforts with broader company and client objectives


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including paid media, SEO, content, analytics, design, and development
  • Ensure alignment between digital marketing and brand initiatives
  • Coordinate execution across multiple teams to deliver integrated campaigns


Budget Management

  • Support planning and management of digital marketing budgets
  • Ensure effective allocation of spend across channels to maximize performance


Market Localization

  • Adapt digital strategies for key markets (US, UK, AU)
  • Incorporate local nuances into campaigns, messaging, creatives, and landing pages


Product & Brand Understanding

  • Build a strong understanding of the client’s products and differentiators
  • Apply this knowledge to campaign strategy, messaging, and website improvements


Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing or account management
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, content marketing, and UX/UI
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns and performance reporting
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, development, media buyers)


Preferred

  • Experience in the travel or luxury industry
  • Experience working across multiple markets or regions
  • Agency experience is a plus
