Animal Nutrition | International Growth Role

Location: Spain (Remote / Field-Based)

Salary: Up to €120,000 depending on experience + Bonus + Benefits


Do you have strong knowledge of the swine sector and a track record of driving growth? Looking for a role where you can take ownership of a market and shape strategy?


We’re working with a well-established, innovative business within the animal nutrition sector, looking to appoint a Sales Manager to drive growth across Spain within the integrated market segment.


This is a key strategic hire, offering autonomy, market ownership, and the opportunity to significantly impact regional performance.


The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening key customer relationships across Spain.


You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding market presence while working closely with internal teams to deliver commercial success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales and growth strategies
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Support business expansion and brand growth
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams


About You

  • Degree in Animal Science (or related field) or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven track record in sales within animal nutrition or the feed industry
  • Strong understanding of swine nutrition
  • Experience managing key accounts and delivering profitable growth
