Would you like to join the international Business Data Management team within the ALTEN Group?
We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join the Business Data Management internal STAFF team, a key area responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and analysis of the Group’s operational data.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring reporting accuracy, automating processes, and supporting multiple countries and business lines.
🎯 Main Responsibilities
- Consolidate and review operational data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and traceability of all information processed.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for management and the Group.
- Analyse deviations, identify anomalies and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Perform cross-checks, validations and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines.
- Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure process alignment and standardisation.

🎓 Requirements
- University degree (Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar) or Master in data analytics or equivalent.
- Upper‑intermediate English level (B2 or above).
- Ability to work with weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, data cleaning).
- Possibility to do a full-time job internship (6 months, 35 hours per day).
