The Role
We are looking for recent university graduates to join our Business Consultant Development Program , designed to develop the next generation of high-impact consultants and future leaders.

This program is designed to provide a steep learning curve, meaningful responsibility, and the tools needed to accelerate your development as a Business Consultant.
From the beginning, you will work closely with experienced consultants on client-facing engagements, contributing to high-impact business solutions.
Our Business Consulting team helps life sciences companies transform their operating models through Veeva’s industry expertise, data insights, and leading cloud technology—enabling faster drug development, more effective product launches, and improved customer engagement.
Start date: July 2026

What You’ll Do
- Support and contribute to all elements of client engagements, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, customer communications, process and data analysis, and project coordination
- Work alongside experienced Business Consultants to develop solutions that optimize operating models, processes, and overall business performance
- Leverage Veeva’s software and data to design and implement tangible, data-driven business improvements
Requirements
We are looking for graduates who:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance and challenging environment
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Are analytical and process-driven, with a strong interest in operations, data, and continuous improvement
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
- Are recent graduate s (maximum 2 years of postgraduate experience)
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Show high integrity and alignment with Veeva’s Public Benefit Corporation values (“do the right thing”)
- Are willing to travel up to 20% of the time, depending on project and team needs
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the EU.
- Reside within a 45–60 minute commuting distance of the Veeva Barcelona office.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary: €38,000
- After one year of strong performance: significant salary increase and equity grant
- Hybrid working model: flexibility between remote and office work.
