ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales goals.Ensure premium customer service aligned with brand values.Monitor KPIs and propose concrete actions to improve performance.Supervise operational and stockroom activities, ensuring efficiency and impeccable store image.Take part in training and developing Sales Assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.Be a role model in style, behavior, and customer attention.
