Per azienda cliente settore Parfum&cosmetics ricerchiamo una figura di Boutique Manager da inserire presso una Boutique di prossima apertura nel centro di Milano.


Il profilo ricercato proviene da una precedente esperienza manageriale nel settore retail. Sarà chiamato ad occuparsi della gestione ottimale dello store attraverso:

  • Gestione people, selezione formazione e animazione della squadra composta da sales assistant.
  • Sviluppo delle risorse attraverso formazione e coinvolgimento.
  • Monitoraggio prestazioni team e clientela (KPI e raggiungimento obiettivi).
  • Supervisione accoglienza al cliente in linea con la shopping experience che l’azienda vuole sempre garantire: unica.
  • Coordinare le attività commerciali ed organizzative (animazioni, eventi, nuovi lanci).
  • Gestione dei risultati del conto economico (differenze inventariali, costi di gestione, costi del personale…).
  • Mantenimento livello di stock, corretto riassortimento di prodotto e merchandising.

La risorsa si dimostra una valida promotrice e brand ambassador dei valori aziendali.

Richiesta conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza della lingua francese è considerata un plus.
