Digitouch Marketing, area del Gruppo Digitouch, specializzata nell’ambito delle strategie media digitali e omnicanali basate sui dati e orientate alla performance, è alla ricerca di un: Strategic Account Manager con forte orientamento consulenziale e data-driven, che sarà responsabile della gestione e crescita di un cliente strategico nel settore Telco. La figura agirà come punto di riferimento tra cliente e agenzia , con l’obiettivo di guidare le strategie media e data, massimizzare le performance e sviluppare opportunità di business nel medio-lungo periodo. Il profilo ideale ha 5/6 anni di esperienza in agenzie media, consulenza o contesti digitali. Esperienza su clienti Telco, Utilities o large enterprise (forte plus), background ibrido: business, marketing, data. Mentalità imprenditoriale e orientata al risultato, capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e ad alta complessità. Attività principali Gestire la relazione con il cliente a livello strategico ed executive Definire e guidare strategie media integrate (digital & tech-driven) Tradurre obiettivi di business (acquisition, retention, revenue) in piani operativi Analizzare performance e KPI, generando insight e raccomandazioni Coordinare team interni (media, data, tech) garantendo qualità e delivery Identificare opportunità di crescita (upselling, cross-selling) Supportare la definizione di offerte commerciali e negoziazioni Guidare presentazioni e momenti decisionali con stakeholder senior Competenze richieste Strategia & Business Solida comprensione dei modelli di business Telco (churn, ARPU, LTV)
