Per il nostro team Sales & Marketing siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior Sales Manager motivato/a e con consolidata esperienza, da inserire in un contesto dinamico e orientato all’eccellenza.

Responsabilità principali:


  • Definire, pianificare e implementare strategie di vendita in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali e le indicazioni della Direzione Commerciale.
  • Gestire il piano di attività commerciale (trips, sales calls, fiere, eventi) ottimizzando budget e ROI.
  • Rappresentare l’hotel in contesti nazionali e internazionali (fiere, sales mission, eventi di settore) con elevata professionalità e standing.
  • Sviluppare, negoziare e finalizzare contratti commerciali con clientela corporate, TO/agenzie e key accounts, contribuendo alla crescita dei ricavi.
  • Gestire e sviluppare portafogli clienti strategici, identificando opportunità di upselling e cross-selling.
  • Monitorare costantemente le performance commerciali (forecast, pickup, produzione) e implementare azioni correttive per il raggiungimento dei target.
  • Analizzare i mercati di riferimento, i trend competitivi e i dati di vendita per individuare nuove opportunità di business.
  • Collaborare attivamente con il reparto Marketing per definire campagne, posizionamento e strategie di comunicazione orientate al revenue.
  • Supervisionare e ottimizzare l’utilizzo di CRM e strumenti di reporting, garantendo accuratezza e aggiornamento dei dati.
  • Predisporre reportistica avanzata e presentazioni periodiche per la Direzione Commerciale, con insight strategici e raccomandazioni operative.
  • Favorire la collaborazione interdipartimentale (Front Office, Eventi, F&B, Revenue) per garantire un’esperienza cliente coerente con gli standard luxury.
  • Agire come punto di riferimento senior all’interno del team commerciale, contribuendo alla condivisione di best practice e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni.



Requisiti richiesti:


  • Esperienza consolidata (minimo 5–7 anni) in ruoli Sales nel settore hospitality, con background esclusivo in hotel di lusso.
  • Approfondita conoscenza dei segmenti leisure, corporate e MICE a livello nazionale e internazionale.
  • Spiccate capacità strategiche, negoziali e di sviluppo commerciale orientato ai risultati.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di key accounts e nella costruzione di relazioni di lungo periodo.
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti CRM, reporting e analisi dati.
  • Elevata capacità organizzativa, orientamento al dettaglio e gestione efficace delle priorità.
  • Attitudine analitica e orientamento alle performance (KPI, forecast, budget).
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative, relazionali e di rappresentanza in contesti di alto livello.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue costituisce un plus.
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte nazionali e internazionali.
  • Leadership naturale, spirito collaborativo e capacità di influenzare stakeholder interni ed esterni.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Define, plan, and implement sales strategies in line with company objectives and the guidelines set by the Commercial Director.
  • Manage the commercial activity plan (business trips, sales calls, trade fairs, events), ensuring optimal use of budget and maximizing ROI.
  • Represent the hotel at national and international events (trade fairs, sales missions, industry events) with a high level of professionalism and executive presence.
  • Develop, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements with corporate clients, tour operators, agencies, and key accounts, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Manage and expand strategic client portfolios, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Continuously monitor commercial performance (forecast, pickup, production) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Analyze target markets, competitive trends, and sales data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to define campaigns, positioning, and revenue-driven communication strategies.
  • Oversee and optimize the use of CRM and reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare advanced reports and periodic presentations for the Commercial Director, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration (Front Office, Events, F&B, Revenue) to ensure a seamless guest experience aligned with luxury standards.
  • Act as a senior point of reference within the sales team, promoting best practice sharing and contributing to the achievement of team objectives.



Requirements


  • Proven experience (minimum 5–7 years) in Sales roles within the hospitality industry, with an exclusive background in luxury hotels.
  • In-depth knowledge of leisure, corporate, and MICE segments at both national and international levels.
  • Strong strategic, negotiation, and business development skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in key account management and in building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective prioritization abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance (KPIs, forecasting, budgeting).
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and representation skills in high-profile environments.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
  • Natural leadership, collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
