In affiancamento al tuo tutor, vivrai un’esperienza altamente formativa, acquisendo competenze trasversali che ti permetteranno di conoscere da vicino le dinamiche di un punto vendita e le strategie che caratterizzano il successo di un brand.

Sede: Via Roma 24 - 35122 - Padova (PD)

Durata: 6 mesi

Il tirocinio è rivolto esclusivamente a candidati senza precedenti esperienze nel settore Retail, interessati a sviluppare competenze nella vendita assistita e nella gestione operativa di un punto vendita.

Responsibilities
  • Offrire un supporto concreto nella creazione di un’esperienza d’acquisto coinvolgente e positiva
  • Collaborare al mantenimento dell’ordine in store e in magazzino
  • Imparare a valorizzare i prodotti seguendo le linee guida aziendali di Visual Merchandising
  • Parteciperai con il Team alla ricezione della merce in entrata, supportando le attività di ricezione e stoccaggio
  • Conoscerai i principali KPI finalizzati al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali
