🔎 What are we looking for?
- 🧠 5+ years of professional experience as a backend developer, delivering scalable and high-performance solutions in production environments.
- 🌍 English level B2+ (required), working daily with distributed, international engineering teams based in the UK.
- 🟢 Deep expertise in Node.js with JavaScript and TypeScript, including a strong understanding of internal concepts such as the event loop, non-blocking I/O, streams, and buffers.
- 🔌 Design and implementation of RESTful APIs, following best practices in architecture, security, and performance.
- 🧱 Hands-on experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express and NestJS in real-world projects.
- 🗄️ Strong database skills, working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).
- 🧪 Solid testing expertise, including unit testing (Jest, Mocha), integration testing, mocking strategies, and API testing.
- ☁️ DevOps & Cloud experience, using Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and AWS with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
