If you have a solid background in Forex or financial institutions and come equipped with an active IB (Introducing Broker) portfolio, we want to hear from you. Role OverviewThe Senior Business Development Executive will play a critical role in acquiring and managing key partnerships, driving revenue growth through a high-value IB network, and expanding DB Investing’s footprint in the global market. Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Management: Leverage and bring your existing IB portfolio to DB Investing to generate immediate and long-term revenue.Business Acquisition: Identify and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners in target markets.Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and engagement strategies.Revenue Growth: Work towards predefined sales targets and KPIs to drive consistent and scalable business growth.Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis to senior management.Candidate RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the Forex industry or financial services sector.IB Network: Must possess a transferable and active IB Portfolio.Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of FX, CFDs, trading platforms, and global financial market dynamics.Sales Expertise: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team structure.
