Position SummaryThis position is responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, coaching team members, and developing strategies to grow client accounts and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of promotional merchandise sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Sales representatives selling to promotional products distributors to achieve individual and team sales goals.Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to increase conversion ratesAnalyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Utilize our proprietary systems and tools to monitor performance indicators from daily activity (bookings and revenue, calls, and samples sent)Develops, documents, and drives sales related process consistency across the teamConduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and identify training needs.Handle escalated customer issues, large quotes and negotiations when needed.Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, supporting reps with pricing, customization and shipping logistics.Recruit, onboard, and train new inside sales representatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.5–7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.Experience in the promotional products industry is required.Strong understanding of imprinting techniques, customization options, product timelines, and industry pricing.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving team performanceStrong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
