Per un’importante realtà retail lusso italiana con sede a Milano stiamo ricercando una figura di Responsabile Amministrativo.

Responsabilità
  • gestione pagamenti e relative registrazioni
  • controllo SDI (fatture elettroniche) in entrata e trasmissione fatture in uscita emesse dagli stores
  • controllo di tutti gli estratti conto delle banche/paypal e carte aziendali
  • gestione del personale (pagamento stipendi/buoni pasto) registrazione presenze, assenze, ferie e straordinari.
Requisiti
  • solida esperienza nel ruolo (8/10 anni)
  • buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese
  • conoscenza del pacchetto Office - Aliante-Team System
  • spiccate doti relazionali e predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico
