The IT Business Analyst is part of the Group IT function and reports hierarchically to the Group IT Manager – Applications. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing IT Applications projects for the headquarters, foreign and Italian branches, aiming to enhance the group’s digitalization level and improve integration across various locations.
This position offers the opportunity, over time, to take on an increasingly central role in coordinating activities and leading projects, while progressively expanding decision-making scope and strategic contribution.
Your responsibilities- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications for IT teams and external partners
- Propose standard and innovative solutions to enhance business processes
- Manage new implementation projects with the support of external consultants: from the definition of the scope to the execution of all the project phases, including tests, to ensure project objectives are met in terms of quality, timing, and costs
- Create and manage project documentation, including company documentation, scope descriptions, functional requirements, and process flows
- Perform impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and processes
- Provide first-level support on relevant platforms, involving external suppliers as needed
