For more information, visit www.side.inc.About the RoleAs a Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process across EMEA, focusing on bulk recruitment for gaming – Player Support, Linguistic QA, Functionality QA, and other support roles in Europe. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitmentManage full-cycle recruitment across line of business (from sourcing to offer stage).Conduct CV screening, interviews, competency evaluations, and coordinating succeeding interviews.Lead high-volume recruitment drives for multiple project needs simultaneously.Sourcing & Pipeline ManagementBuild and maintain strong pipelines for current and future roles.Use various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, events, referrals, communities, job boards, etc.).Track, update, and maintain candidate records and reports accurately and on time.Candidate ExperienceEnsure timely communication with candidates at all stages of the process.Provide feedback and maintain a positive, highly professional recruitment experience.Stakeholder ManagementPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and create effective hiring strategies.Provide weekly hiring updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.Advise managers on market availability, hiring bottlenecks, and process improvements.Branding & MarketingSupport employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top gaming outsourcing employer.Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and online communities.Market IntelligenceConduct salary benchmarking and market research for gaming roles across EMEA.Monitor competitor hiring trends and talent availability.Process ImprovementContribute to the optimization of recruitment processes, tools, and documentation.Identify automation and efficiency opportunities during scale-up phases.Compliance & ReportingEnsure all recruitment activities comply with GDPR and internal policies.Maintain dashboards, hiring trackers, and weekly reports with accuracy.Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport onboarding coordination when required.Develop long-term relationships with universities and gaming communities.Participate in internal culture and team-building initiatives.Qualifications Required5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in gaming, tech, or outsourcing.Experience with high-volume / bulk hiring in a fast-paced environment.Strong pipeline management skills.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).Experience recruiting across EMEA markets.Data-driven approach to reporting and decision-making.What we offer:You will be working for the pre-eminent global provider of specialist services to the games industry and provided with full training and the opportunity to work on some of the biggest game clients, titles, projects, and tech in the world.
