Key Responsibilities Engage with Customers: Handle inbound requests via phone, email, and chat, logging cases accurately in CRM systems. Drive Customer Satisfaction: Keep users updated on order status and resolutions because happy customers make all the difference. Post-Sales Support: Manage queries related to deliveries, refunds, and warranties with professionalism and care. Inbound Sales Support: Help customers make informed purchasing decisions by highlighting products and services and boost revenue along the way. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly goals while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience. CRM & Order Management: Accurately capture and manage customer data, ensuring compliance with client policies and standards. About You Native Italian speaker, with solid B2 level English Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred Background in Sales is a strong plus Flexible and available to work rotational shifts (Monday to Saturday, 08:0019:00) What We Offer Base Salary: 1,024 EUR x 14 (gross annually) Performance Bonus: Up to 225 EUR /month (gross) Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per working day (meal card) Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month Totaling 16,484.72 EUR per annum gross, plus 2 700 EUR annum gross in bonus Health Insurance: From day one (free after 6 months!)
