Come join us! ⭐ Your mission will be… Assuming ownership and accountability for your assigned service within the Siemens Sales Data environmentOrchestrating a team of developers, fueling the creation and maintenance of data models, data products, interactive dashboards, and other data solutionsServing as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating technical language into accessible business insightsCultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaborationSteering the team towards agile work methodologies and fostering a mindset of continuous improvementManaging, planning, and forecasting project budget and resourcesWe are looking for...A degree in Computer Science, Management, Sales, Economics or a related fieldProven experience (> 5 years) in IT data management or data service management ideally in the sale data domain, IT project management experience is also beneficialExceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible business languageExperience in leading employees, ideally within a global contextA thorough understanding of data architecture and data modelling principles is nice to haveHands-on experience with creating data models and interactive dashboardsA deep understanding of the value of data and analytics in business decision makingAn agile mindset and experience with agile methodologiesTeamwork is keyFluency in English written and spoken is mandatoryWhat you can expect from us… A hybrid and flexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, along with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work.
