We focus on training and excellence.Join us for the next game!We are looking for our next IT Business Analyst:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related;Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) are a plus;Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role;In-depth understanding of business processes and principles;Experience with business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques;Strong proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence;Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data analysis and reporting;Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall;Ability to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements;Experience in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases;Expertise in creating process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent business processes;Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise business and technical documentation;Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills;Ability to identify and resolve business and technical issues;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders;Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases;Ability to participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT);Fluent in English.We prioritize:High standards, professionalism, and dedication; everything else can be learned.If you're interested in joining our team, send your CV to: [email protected]Fyld, where the top talents step into the spotlight.
