You will have the opportunity to coordinate innovative projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support the delivery of high-impact solutions for leading clients across different industries, with a strong focus on data-driven transformation and technological innovation.
🎯 Main Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage project activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements, define priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation actions.
• Support the planning and execution of projects related to Business Intelligence, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and Data platforms.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, ensuring transparency and effective stakeholder management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, timelines, and status updates.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within project management activities.
• Ensure quality standards and delivery excellence across all project phases.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative methodologies to support business growth and project success.
✅ Essential Requirements
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Project Management or coordination roles, preferably in IT or consulting environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Management Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Teamwork attitude, proactive mindset, and problem-solving abilities in dynamic contexts.
🚀 Nice to Have Requirements
• Previous experience in data-driven or Business Intelligence projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello).
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry.
