岗位职责:

1. 渠道客户开发与关系维护

  • 负责意大利及周边市场渠道客户(经销商 / 集成商 / 本地合作伙伴)的拓展与长期关系维护
  • 建立高效的渠道沟通机制,主导客户会议协调、会议纪要输出及会后事项闭环跟进,深入理解渠道客户业务模式,持续提升渠道粘性与合作深度


2. 渠道产品与市场策略

  • 基于渠道及行业需求,开展渠道产品分析与竞品研究
  • 协调内部产品方案团队,参与渠道产品组合设计、定价策略及市场进入策略(Go-To-Market)制定
  • 负责渠道备货计划、样机选型定义及落地执行,确保产品与市场节奏匹配


3. 渠道项目管理与执行

  • 主导渠道新项目注册、项目推进及全生命周期管理
  • 主持渠道项目例会,持续跟进项目进度、风险点与资源需求,并进行预警与协调
  • 负责渠道项目下单流程的整体闭环,确保订单合规、高效落地


任职要求(Qualifications)


  • 年轻、有冲劲,对渠道业务和市场拓展充满热情
  • 具备良好的跨文化沟通能力,能在中意背景下高效协作
  • 能熟练使用中文,英文进行工作沟通(书面与口头)
  • 具备意大利本土工作经验,熟悉当地商业及渠道运作方式
  • 已持有意大利合法工作签证,可长期在当地工作
  • 有 ICT / 科技 / B2B 行业渠道经验者优先
