Key indicators of success include: Achieving or exceeding lead generation and qualification targets. Successfully developing strategic partnerships that drive business growth. Contributing to the achievement of overall sales targets and company objectives. Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management. Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients that align with Uptalent.io’s target market and service offerings. Use various channels including cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads and initiate contact with key decision-makers. Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos. Partnership Development: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and industry influencers to enhance Uptalent.io’s market presence. Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives such as co-marketing campaigns, events, or product integrations. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize leads efficiently using CRM software to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities. Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales forecasts. Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Conduct initial meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase Uptalent.io’s services and solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Market Research and Strategy: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Contribute to the development of business development strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals. Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Provide support and insights to colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
