ROSSIGNOL Group is looking for a Sales assistant (W/M) for our shop in Scalo Milano, Italy.

Rossignol Group is looking for a Sales Assistant to work alongside the team to support all operations of the Rossignol store in Scalo Milano, Italy. If you have retail experience and want to be a part of Rossignol, we encourage you to apply.

The role supports the Store Manager in driving an innovative, exceptional customer experience, in an effort to operate sales profitably.

Responsibilities
  • Serving the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processes;
  • Provide an elevated customer service by welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his needs, while demonstrating a good knowledge of products, as well as the history of the Group and its heritage;
  • Ensure cross-selling and up-selling for all product categories;
  • Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for skis and boots;
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at ease;
  • Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standards;
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose efficient solutions;
  • Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business;
  • Maintain and set up the store in accordance with corporate policy and procedures;
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of retail experience including sales, customer service and merchandising.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holiday
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsabilità
  • Servire il cliente in conformità con i processi di vendita del Gruppo ;
  • Fornire un servizio elevato al cliente attraverso l'accoglienza, l'ascolto e l'accompagnamento al di là delle sue esigenze, dimostrando una buona conoscenza dei prodotti, nonché della storia del Gruppo e del suo patrimonio ;
  • Assicurare il cross-selling e l'up-selling per tutte le categorie di prodotti ;
  • Argomentare e consigliare il cliente sulle tendenze generali e sugli sviluppi del mercato dell'abbigliamento sportivo, dimostrando passione per gli sci e gli scarponi ;
  • Stabilire e rafforzare le relazioni con il cliente, in base alle diverse nazionalità e personalità, e metterlo a proprio agio ;
  • Partecipare alla presentazione visiva dei prodotti di sci e scarponi in conformità con gli standard visivi del Gruppo ;
  • Favorire una comunicazione aperta e costruttiva con i membri del team, collaborare e proporre soluzioni efficaci ;
  • Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi individuali e collettivi, migliorare e sviluppare l'attività ;
  • Mantenere e allestire il negozio in conformità con le politiche e le procedure aziendali ;
Qualifiche
  • Oltre 3 anni di esperienza nel settore retail, tra cui vendita, servizio clienti e merchandising.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare con orari flessibili per soddisfare le esigenze di una fiorente attività di vendita al dettaglio, che può comportare il lavoro nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione
