What You'll Do Design, develop, and deploy tailor-made AI agents that tackle M&A tasks with the precision of a world-class analyst Contribute across the full stack: from researching state-of-the-art models to fine-tuning and deploying them in production Collaborate within a dynamic, high-talent team that learns fast and iterates faster – Bring creativity and rigor to solving problems no one has solved before What We Look For We believe talent beats experience. We look for candidates who combine meticulous precision with a creative, out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving. Ideally, you're solid in software development and you've explored topics like AI agent orchestration (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph) and machine or deep learning models, whether through study or personal projects. No specific experience is required if your skills and mindset are strong. Compensation & Growth Salary: €55k–€65k, depending on skills and potential
