Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.**The Role**Buscamos un/a **Senior AI Engineer** para diseñar, desarrollar y llevar a producción soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial con impacto real en negocio.Formarás parte de la **ampliación del proyecto de AIOps**, contribuyendo a la ejecución de casos de uso reales dentro de las Operaciones del banco y ayudando a escalar soluciones de IA a entornos críticos.Trabajarás en proyectos de ML y LLMs desde la idea hasta producción, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de Producto, Data y Software en un entorno técnico, colaborativo y en evolución constante.Responsabilidades principales:* Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de IA/ML end-to-end (desde el prototipo hasta producción).* Definir la arquitectura del sistema (modelos, servicios, pipelines de datos, inferencia en tiempo real/batch).* Entrenar, evaluar y mejorar modelos (feature engineering, experimentación, métricas, análisis de errores, mitigación de sesgos).* Industrializar modelos (MLOps): versionado, reproducibilidad, CI/CD, despliegue, monitorización, retraining, gestión de drift.* Optimizar rendimiento y costes (latencia, throughput, cuantización, batching, ...).* Asegurar calidad y gobernanza: trazabilidad, documentación, cumplimiento (privacidad, seguridad, políticas internas, auditoría).* Contribuir a la calidad del código y a las buenas prácticas del equipo, apoyando a perfiles junior y mid.**Por qué unirte*** Proyectos de IA con impacto real y visibilidad.* Trabajo cercano con equipos multidisciplinares y para un cliente muy top en el sector banca.* Espacio para aprender, experimentar y proponer mejoras técnicas.* Entorno colaborativo y diverso.* Flexibilidad y cultura orientada a resultados.Si te motiva el rol y cumples gran parte de los requisitos (no hace falta todos), **nos encantará conocerte.****Who You Are****Imprescindible*** Experiencia desarrollando y desplegando modelos de Machine Learning en entornos de producción.* Experiencia con **LLMs**: prompting, RAG, embeddings, fine‐tuning y evaluación de calidad.* Buen dominio de **Python** y fundamentos de ingeniería de software (testing, clean code, diseño de APIs).* Data engineering básico-medio: SQL, calidad de datos, pipelines (batch/stream), formatos y orquestación.* Capacidad para explicar decisiones técnicas, riesgos y trade‐offs a públicos técnicos y no técnicos**Deseable*** Conocimientos de **cloud** (AWS, Azure o GCP) y servicios gestionados de ML.* Experiencia con prácticas de **MLOps** (versionado, reproducibilidad, despliegue y monitorización).* Conocimientos de **Docker/Kubernetes** y serving (FastAPI, gRPC).* Experiencia en NLP o Computer Vision, según el dominio.* Experiencia previa en mentoring o revisiones de código/diseño.**Being You**The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
