Multivendor Service, azienda leader nelle integrazioni tecnologiche e specializzata nella fornitura di soluzioni e servizi integrati per l’ottimizzazione delle infrastrutture IT, ricerca un/una Account Manager da inserire nel team presso la sede di Monza per potenziamento interno.

  • Promuovere e vendere su scala nazionale ed europea servizi IT dedicati alle aziende, come End User Support, servizi di assistenza e manutenzione onsite, gestione e monitoraggio remoto dell’infrastruttura, servizi sistemistici (vulnerability assessment, patch management, etc), migrazioni verso cloud e piattaforme collaborative (ad esempio Microsoft 365 e Google Workplace). L’attività riguarda soluzioni e consulenza, non la vendita di prodotti hardware o software.
  • Sviluppare business sia dal portafoglio clienti personale sia da quello aziendale.
  • Individuare nuove opportunità nei mercati italiano ed europeo, con particolare attenzione agli ambienti office/printing, installazione e manutenzione.
  • Garantire la corretta implementazione dei progetti tecnico-commerciali.
  • Analizzare nuovi mercati e proporre soluzioni innovative e personalizzate.
  • Gestire trattative commerciali ad elevato contenuto tecnico.
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei servizi ICT, in particolare nell’ambito delle soluzioni gestite ed ottimizzazione infrastrutture IT.
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese.
  • 7-10 anni di esperienza diretta nella vendita di servizi informatici (End User Support, assistenza e manutenzione, installazione, Migrazioni, etc).
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione tra funzioni tecniche e commerciali.
  • Flessibilità, voglia di confrontarsi con nuove sfide e spiccate capacità di problem solving.
  • Forte capacità di negoziazione e mediazione, con orientamento alla soddisfazione del cliente.
  • Ottime competenze analitiche e propensione all’innovazione.
