Junior Key Account Manager (Junior KAM)

IQMselezione, a historical steel sector company, is hiring a Junior Key Account Manager to support the Key Account Manager in daily customer management tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Key Account Manager in daily customer management activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of offers, presentations, and commercial reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date client databases and CRM systems.
  • Attend meetings, commercial visits, and industry trade shows alongside the KAM.
  • Collaborate in collecting and analyzing market data to identify trends.
  • Handle operational client communications (follow‑up, order status, information requests).
  • Interface with internal departments to ensure effective customer service.
  • Support scouting activities and initial contacts with potential new clients.
  • Assist in monitoring commercial objectives and compiling periodic reports.
Qualifications
  • Proactive and enterprising attitude.
  • Excellent communication and relational skills.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Accuracy and reliability.
  • Team spirit.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and management systems, particularly SAP (considered a plus).
Location & Benefits

Location: Trezzano sul Naviglio (MI). Benefits include 10 meal vouchers and 2 days per week of smart working. Salary range: €26,000–30,000 RAL with a bonus of up to 8% of the RAL. Permanent full‑time contract.
