Your Tasks A Business Analyst for NIVEA and EUCERIN (f/m/d) will support the commercial organization through data driven analysis of sales performance, market trends and business opportunities, working closely with Sales and cross functional teams to drive informed decision making and sustainable growth.Your Profile • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Shopper and Category Management/Business Administration or in comparable functions • At least 2 years of professional experience as Business Analyst or similar position in FMCG • Assertiveness and self-confident appearance • Analytical and strategic thinking • Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools• Advanced Power BI – dashboard building • Fluent English and Portuguese
