Senior Full-Stack Developer

We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. ✅ Responsibilities:✔️ Design, implement, and optimize robust solutions to enhance our proprietary payments platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.✔️ Develop and maintain complex integrations with payment providers, banks, and other third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with technical and regulatory requirements.✔️ Actively participate in all stages of creating new features, from initial concept and technical design to implementation and final delivery.✔️ Contribute to the development and ongoing evolution of our fintech payments solution, ensuring innovation and adaptability to market needs.✔️ Collaborate in agile development cycles with bi-weekly sprints, utilizing practices such as SCRUM, grooming, and sprint planning to consistently deliver product value.✔️ Identify opportunities for technical and process improvements, driving efficiency and innovation throughout the software lifecycle.✔️ Work closely with design, product, and business teams to ensure features meet user expectations and support business objectives. ✅ Requirements:✔️ 5+ years of commercial experience in web development.✔️ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js.✔️ 3+ years of frontend development experience using React.✔️ Solid experience with NextJS, NestJS, Apollo, and Material UI.✔️ Strong proficiency in TypeScript.✔️ Commercial experience working with high-load SQL or NoSQL databases.✔️ Familiar with REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets.✔️ Understanding of TDD and writing effective automated tests.✔️ Experience with microservice architecture principles.✔️ Proficient with Git version control workflows.✔️ Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and Redis.✔️ Experience with MongoDB and MySQL.✔️ Advanced level of English, both written and spoken. ✅ We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:💻 Learning and development opportunities and interesting, challenging tasks.✈️ Relocation package (tickets, staying in a hotel for up to 2 weeks, and visa relocation support for our employees and their family members).📚 Opportunity to develop language skills, with partial compensation for the cost of English and Portuguese language classes (for localization purposes).🎾 Partial compensation for tennis and padel lessons.🏀 Urban Sport membership benefit (the most diverse sports and wellness offering in Europe, with more than 50+ activities).🏥 Private medical coverage, including inpatient, outpatient, dental care, annual check-ups, and maternity support.🏝 Time for proper rest, with 24 non-business days per year and an additional 6 paid sick days.🚌 Transport compensation - 200 euros net per month.📈 Competitive remuneration level with annual review.🤝 Teambuilding activities.Bold moves start here.
