Please read more about us https://www.arrow.com/globalecs/pt/About the roleWe are looking for a Field Sales Representative with a technical background to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Portugal who will be responsible Developing Business at the IBM Business Unit in Portugal.Role Purpose:To manage and grow strategic accounts within the IT distribution channel, ensuring sustainable business development with resellers, integrators, and technology partners.Key Competencies:Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales and market data.Proactive and results-driven mindset.Excellent time management and prioritization.Team player with a customer-centric approach.Required Qualifications:Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial roles within the IT distribution or technology sector.Technical background is a must Strong knowledge of the IT distribution channel (resellers, retail, integrators, VARs).Proven ability to negotiate with key accounts and manage profit margins.Solid understanding of hardware, software, and IT solutions portfolios (e.g., servers, networking, cloud, security).Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).Proficient in Excel and CRM tools.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with leading brands Technical training or certifications What is in it for you?Fantastic working culture where you can make an impact.Competitive package composed of a base salary plus bonus based on performance.This position is a life changing opportunity to start and continue a key career move in a fast paced, international organization.
